Remote Assistance
We offer a Remote Assistance Service; this enables us to access your PC, with your approval, to fix your problems from our Office.
This service is an important addition to our product line, it saves you time and money, and enables us to fix your PC even if you are not in the UK (an internet connection is required). The service requires you to install a piece of software called LogMeIn, which will enable us to connect to your PC without the hassle of changing settings on your Router or PC.
Most software problems can be fixed with this service, although we will require you to be at the pc we are supporting to allow us to connect to your machine. Everything we do on your machine will be visible to you and we can even walk you through it over the phone, so if the problem reoccurs you will have an insider knowledge on how to remedy the situation yourself in future.
Some hardware problems can be diagnosed with this service also, this enables us to find the problem and either give you a solution over the phone, fix it online or makes the repair process faster on our subsequent visit.
